The people shaping
Mindsetters Club.
Team Mindsetters
Founder
Spent years working alongside elite athletes and high performers, watching what actually separates the people who get there. Built a career in the talent and events world, designing the rooms where hard-working people do interesting things. Now building Mindsetters Club to give teenagers that world — the skills, the mindset, the room — at the age where it counts most.
Building here: a club that takes teenagers as seriously as they should be taken.
Club Ops · Inner Circle Development
Former air force veteran officer — three decades spanning military aviation, coaching, and expressive arts therapy. That range is what she brings to the club's DNA: discipline and creativity in equal measure, with years of experience coaching people to build resilience and to experience real transformation. Runs the machinery of the club — operations, programs, and the systems that make the club experience feel seamless and special.
Building here: an ecosystem where teenagers turn ambition into performance, and pressure into growth.
Marketing · Content · Community
Fifteen-plus years building brands and audiences — YouTube channels watched by millions, a business of her own for nearly a decade, and brands ranging from coffee to construction. Shapes how the club shows up in the world: the content, the campaigns, the community. Keeps the voice honest and the story true to what actually happens in the room.
Building here: the room where confidence, friendships, and opportunities come together.
Teen Advisory Board
Having moved across six cities in the past ten years, I've learned to adapt quickly, build meaningful connections, and embrace change. Those experiences sparked my interest in psychology and taught me the value of resilience, empathy, and community.
I joined Mindsetters Club because I believe teenagers need more than academic success — they need a community where they feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Outside the classroom, I enjoy music, drama, and creative projects, and I love bringing people together to create something meaningful.
Growing up, I tried many different activities and realised there were plenty of opportunities to learn, but not always the support to make the most of them.
That's why I'm excited to be part of Mindsetters Club. When I'm not in school, you'll find me playing basketball, studying psychology, volunteering, or cooking. I believe every teenager deserves a supportive environment that helps them make the most of opportunities, and I hope to help build that community through Mindsetters Club.
Hi! My name is Avyaan. High school is a time of uncertainty, and I've realised there's no single path for everyone. Having the right community, guidance, and environment can make all the difference.
When I'm not in school, I enjoy playing the guitar, tennis, and leading projects as President of the National Junior Honor Society. I joined Mindsetters Club because it gives teenagers a place to build meaningful relationships, learn from one another, and grow into confident global citizens.
Hi, I'm Vihaa! I study at UWCSEA in Singapore and grew up in California, where my curiosity about the world began. I enjoy playing tennis, expressing myself through art, and travelling to explore new places. I'm passionate about global sustainability and believe our generation can create meaningful change through creativity, innovation, and action.
I joined Mindsetters Club because I believe young people thrive when they're surrounded by a community that inspires them to dream bigger, learn from one another, and make a positive impact.

Advisory Board
Former World No. 1 doubles player and 12-time Grand Slam champion. Spent his career understanding what it takes to perform at the highest level — focus, discipline, preparation, consistent habits, and the ability to keep going through setbacks. Those lessons shaped his success on court, and continue to shape the way he approaches business and life today.
A serial entrepreneur and founder of Globosport and the International Premier Tennis League, carrying those same lessons from sport into building businesses and teams.
A venture capitalist in India, investing across angel, early, and growth-stage startups. Has been part of investments including Yogabar, Pilgrim, Nathabit, Lenskart, and Zepto — as investor, board member, and advisor.
Prior to investing, built internet-first startups — including as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at BookMyShow, and before that, building the world's largest PE/VC database. Has served on the VC Council of India and actively mentors startup founders.
Has spent her career navigating moments of transformation — from early years in management consulting at Bain & Co and senior corporate roles at Godrej, to founding The Mumum Co, one of India's first healthy food companies for children. That entrepreneurial journey eventually led her to explore a question many high achievers quietly confront: "What now?"
Today, she is an advisor, facilitator, and transformational coach to founders, C-suite executives, and accomplished professionals navigating moments of change. Her work focuses on moving beyond external performance toward deeper alignment, self-awareness, and presence — with a particular emphasis on truly listening, to others and to oneself.
Brings that perspective to Mindsetters Club because she believes the foundations of how we understand ourselves, relate to others, and navigate change are built early.
