Offer of Services

  1. No Entitlement from Expression of Interest or Payment. Submission of an application, expression of interest, or willingness to pay for the Inner Circle Programme or any other MC programme does not, by itself, entitle an applicant to a seat or place in the programme.
  2. Discretion of MC. MC reserves the sole, absolute and final discretion to decide whether an applicant is suitable for, and will be included in, a given programme or cohort, having regard to factors MC considers relevant, including but not limited to the applicant’s age, readiness, group fit, and the limited number of seats available in that cohort. MC is not obliged to disclose or provide reasons for a decision not to offer a seat to any applicant.
  3. Sequence of Admission.
    1. An applicant (or, where the applicant is a minor, their parent/guardian) may submit an expression of interest for a programme.
    2. MC will at its discretion, either (i) extend an offer of a seat in the programme, or (ii) decline to extend such an offer.
    3. Only upon MC extending an offer of a seat will the applicant be invited to pay the programme fee.
    4. Enrolment is confirmed only on MC’s receipt of the fee following such offer. MC will not accept programme fees from an applicant and subsequently reject or withdraw that applicant’s admission on suitability or selection grounds; any rejection or non-selection determination will be made prior to acceptance of fees.
  4. Limited Seats. Each MC programme has a limited number of seats. An offer of a seat is subject to seat availability at the time MC makes the offer, and MC may close applications for a cohort once seats are filled, regardless of when an applicant’s expression of interest was submitted.
  5. No Guarantee of Outcome from Selection. Selection and enrolment in a programme are decisions regarding suitability for participation and does not constitute, and should not be construed as, a guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding any outcome, result, or benefit from the programme.

Nature of Services

The Mindsetters Club (“MC”) Website, mobile application, the MC social media accounts, assets and other platforms (“MC Platforms”), the services provided through the MC Platforms and the information made available on the MC Platforms, are designed to disseminate general information related to mental and spiritual health, and for building life skills and mental strength. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, MC’s services and coaching programmes, including the Inner Circle Programme, are life-skills and mindset coaching offerings and do not constitute “mental healthcare” or “mental health services” as defined under the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, and MC is not a “mental health establishment” for the purposes of that Act. The MC Platforms do not offer professional educational courses or professional psychological, counselling, medical or mental health services. Information provided on the MC Platforms or as part of the services should not be considered professional advice for any mental health concern, or a substitute for mental health or medical advice/treatment nor should it be considered a professional certificate or qualification.

MC does not guarantee any specific outcome, improvement, or result — academic, behavioural, emotional or otherwise — from participation in the Inner Circle Programme or any other MC offering. Outcomes vary by individual and depend on factors outside MC’s control.

The participation in and/or completion of any workshop, event or programme, including the Inner Circle Programme, provided by us does not confer any academic benefit, either in the form of a recognised diploma, degree or any other academic qualification.

Minor Participants

MC services are intended for participants below 18 years of age, and their enrollment must be done by their parent or lawful guardian, who shall enter into applicable agreements with MC on behalf of the participant and remain responsible for the participant’s participation. MC may process a minor participant’s personal data only with verifiable parental/guardian consent and solely for programme delivery, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules made thereunder; such data will not be used for tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at the minor.

Crisis and Escalation

Unless otherwise specified, MC’s Coaches and facilitators are not licensed mental health professionals. If a participant discloses a risk of self-harm, harm to others, abuse, or a mental health crisis, MC will inform the parent/guardian and may direct the family to appropriate emergency or professional resources; MC does not provide crisis intervention, diagnosis, or treatment.
