Vijay Lalwani

Filmmaker, Adman & NLP Practitioner

Vijay is an award-winning filmmaker, advertising creative director, and storyteller. Trained in NLP and hypnotherapy, Vijay has spent his career making words work — in campaigns, stories and workshops, where every line must persuade, connect, and convert.

Vijay teaches communication as clarity of thought — the ability to know what you mean and say it with conviction. Known for creating rapid, real shifts: from hesitation to expression, from noise to signal, in this room, he challenges, sharpens, and transforms.

Nimisha Sirohi

Award-winning Voice Artist & Actor

Nimisha is the voice behind some of the biggest brands in India, and winner of the India Voice Fest Award six consecutive years running (2020–2025). She is also known for bringing her presence through acting in theatre and on screen through popular OTT series and ads.

Nimisha has spent 15+ years understanding how voice, presence, and intention land on another person. She knows the difference between speaking and being heard. In this room, she helps teenagers feel and learn that difference for themselves.

Do teenagers need any prior experience?

None at all. This is for any teenager who wants to build their edge.

Will phones be allowed?

Phones are kept away during sessions. This is intentional — and part of the experience.

What should they wear?

Comfortable, casual clothing. Nothing formal needed.

Can they attend only one day?

The experience is designed as a two-day arc. We strongly recommend attending both days.
