The team
A founder, a founding team, Club Coaches, and an advisory board — building with heart, high standards, and expertise in psychology, coaching, and education.

Founder
Spent years working alongside elite athletes and high performers, watching what actually separates the people who get there. Built a career in the talent and events world, designing the rooms where hard-working people do interesting things. Now building Mindsetters Club to give teenagers that world — the skills, the mindset, the room — at the age where it counts most.
Building here: a club that takes teenagers as seriously as they should be taken.

Club Ops · Inner Circle Development
Former air force veteran officer — three decades spanning military aviation, coaching, and expressive arts therapy. That range is what she brings to the club's DNA: discipline and creativity in equal measure, with years of experience coaching people to build resilience and to experience real transformation. Runs the machinery of the club — operations, programs, and the systems that make the club experience feel seamless and special.
Building here: an ecosystem where teenagers turn ambition into performance, and pressure into growth.

Marketing · Content · Community
Fifteen-plus years building brands and audiences — YouTube channels watched by millions, a business of her own for nearly a decade, and brands ranging from coffee to construction. Shapes how the club shows up in the world: the content, the campaigns, the community. Keeps the voice honest and the story true to what actually happens in the room.
Building here: the room where confidence, friendships, and opportunities come together.
What drives us
A better humanity, built through capable, connected, and confident young people who make a positive difference in how they live and how they contribute.
To be the place young people trust to learn about themselves, to explore the possibilities, to find true connection with the right peers, mentors, coaches, and experts, and to build relevant capability — leading to futures that are successful and impactful.
To create a peer network and growth-driven ecosystem that enables teenagers to explore their potential and develop healthy ambition — through high-level guidance and meaningful connections that build performance skills and a future-ready mindset.
You can choose. You can design. You can make it happen. That drive comes from inside you — and healthy ambition is the antidote to anxiety: the kind of drive that energizes a teenager rather than depleting them.
Built through deliberate practice, consistency, focus, and discipline — the same mental training and mastery-building that shapes athletes and high performers, made accessible to every teenager ready for it. Taking coaching well is part of it.
A growth-driven network of peers and mentors who cheer, support, guide, and uplift — influence that makes a difference, and inspiration from those who know how it's done.

Our values
We act as if it's possible — and teach optimism as a skill, backed by science.
When it gets tough, we stay in it. We commit to the long build, and teach our members to do the same.
Excellence in thought and in effort. Integrity in doing what we say. High standards, always.
This is meant to be enjoyable for everyone involved — and growth is meant to be exciting.
For self, for each other, for the people who show up for us, and for the world we're all living in.
Contribution and meaningful work, done right — for the club, for our members, for the people they go on to serve.
Our philosophy
We believe agency is innate in every person, yet easy to lose sight of. Circumstance and pressure can obscure it until it feels like something we don't have, rather than something we've simply stopped seeing.
When a young person understands that effort, guidance, and environment are all things they can shape — not just react to — a difficult situation stops being a verdict and starts being raw material. That shift comes from training — understanding your mind, your body, and what to do with what you're given.
We expose them to this, consistently and early, grounded in science, brought to life through real case studies, and designed to be relevant and teen-friendly.
And agency is the beginning. We want our members to use their clarity, skills, and confidence for the people and the world around them. That is our bias for good: a generation that understands its agency and uses it generously moves the dial — for themselves, and for the world they're inheriting.
