This ‘Mindsetters Club’ platform, a website (currently located at: Mumbai) and mobile application-based platform (together, “Platform”), is owned and operated by Amaaraleya Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 1401, A-Wing, Quantum Park Union Park, Khar (W) Mumbai – 400052 (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “us” or “we” or “our“, which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors and assigns).
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made for workshops, courses, experiences, and merchandise offered by Mindsetters Club.
2. Workshops, Courses & Experiences
- Cancellations & Refunds:
- Refunds for workshops and live courses can be requested if cancellation is made in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Full refund will be provided in this case, less any applicable payment gateway or processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start, or no-shows, are not eligible for refunds.
- For online and self-paced courses, refunds may be granted only if the content has not been accessed and the cancellation request is raised within 7 days of purchase.
- Once significant participation, course content download, or class attendance is recorded, no refund will be processed.
3. Merchandise
- Returns & Refunds:
- Eligible physical merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Used, damaged, or customized items are not eligible for refund, except in the case of defect or wrong item delivered.
- Digital products, or merchandise with obvious signs of use, cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Process
- All refund requests must be emailed connect@mindsettersclub.com within the specified window, quoting your order details and reason.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Any fees marked non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Registration fees, subscription/membership fees, and any downloadable content once accessed or delivered are non-refundable.
- No refunds are applicable for purchases made at heavily discounted rates, flash sales, or under non-refundable offers.
6. Exceptions
- Where required by law, or under force majeure events preventing the hosting or delivery of services, refund or rescheduling options will be provided in alignment with Indian consumer protection norms.
- If service delivery falls short due to provider fault, refunds or make-up sessions will be provided at sole discretion of Amaaraleya Pvt. Ltd., after internal review.
7. Policy Changes
Amaaraleya Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time as necessary. All updated terms are published on our website.
