The things parents and teens ask first.
A membership-based club and peer network for teenagers — a place to build performance skills, self-awareness, and a peer group that's growing right alongside you. You get access to expert-led Growth Events, and if you join the Inner Circle, a small cohort that meets monthly with a Club Coach. Everything here moves you toward three outcomes: Capable. Connected. Confident.
Teenagers who feel the pull toward something more — and want to do something about it. You don't need to have it figured out. Membership is curated on intent and readiness: we care about your growth orientation, what you want to build, and whether you'll show up for it.
You're in a small, curated cohort — 6 to 10 teenagers — that meets monthly with a Club Coach, in person and online. Sessions follow a real progression: check in, go deep on a skill, commit to what you'll do next. Every quarter, you sit down one-on-one with your Coach to map your progress — your goals, your effort, your call. Over a term, you build skills, self-awareness, and a group that holds you to your best.
The club Calendar — masterclasses, fireside chats, workshops, and experiences with the best minds in youth development. They run across four lanes: EXPLORE, BUILD, CONNECT, ANCHOR. Some are open to the wider teen community; members get first access.
One Inner Circle session a month — some in person, some online — plus a quarterly one-on-one with your Coach, and Growth Events when they interest you. It's built to fit a real teenager's Calendar. What we ask is that when you're in, you're in: consistency is where the value comes from.
Three steps. Register your interest. We set up a short conversation — with you and your parents — to understand what you're looking for and whether the club can help you get there. Then, an offer to become a member.
Membership is priced per cohort term, and we walk you through it in the joining conversation — along with everything it includes. Register your interest and we'll take it from there.
Both. Inner Circle sessions alternate between in-person and online across the term. Growth Events run both ways too, depending on the event.
Dedicated parent sessions keep you informed, aligned, and equipped to support your teenager's growth at home. You'll know what your teen is building — and they'll know the work is theirs.
A founder who spent years around elite athletes and high performers, a founding team that builds with heart and high standards, Club Coaches with expertise in psychology, coaching, and education, and an advisory board of people who've done seriously good things. And a Teen Advisory Board — because teen voices shape this club.
The Club is built to be relational vs. transactional — the value is in the people, the consistency, and the standard, over time. Consistent access — to exploration, performance skills, and self-awareness building — compounds. The longer you're in, the more the peer group deepens, the more the skills stack, the more the self-awareness grows.
