Identify and interrupt distraction patterns
Reclaim control over their attention
Practice simple focus-training strategies
Personalise a focus-plan towards their goals
Why Focus Comes First
Focus is the gateway performance skill.
Attention → Energy → Execution → Confidence → Identity
When teenagers learn how to direct and recover their attention, skills like discipline, emotional regulation, and consistency become trainable.
Deliberate focus training leads to:
Faster task initiation and follow-through
Deeper concentration and learning retention
Stronger performance under pressure
Confidence built through execution

Frequently Asked Questions
Program FAQs
Is this about reducing screen time only?
No. While screen-time awareness is addressed, the primary goal is performance enhancement — training attention to improve execution, learning, and confidence.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. This is mental performance training, not therapy or mental health treatment.
Will this help with academics and exams?
Yes. Focus training directly improves learning efficiency, retention, and execution under exam pressure.
How much time is required daily?
10–15 minutes of daily practice, plus live sessions.
Are parents involved?
Yes. A dedicated parent alignment session is included to support training without micromanagement.
Is the Focus Sprint suitable for neurodivergent teens (e.g., ADHD, autism)?
The Focus Sprint is a structured attention-training program, not a clinical or therapeutic intervention.
Many neurodivergent teens can benefit from clear routines, deliberate practice, and structured focus methods. However, outcomes vary based on individual needs and support systems.
