Our Vision & Mission
Belief. Training. Performance.
Vision
We envision a generation of young people who believe in their potential — and deliberately train to turn that potential into reality.
Mission
Our mission is to create structured performance training environments where young people develop belief through action, train their inner skills deliberately, and perform with clarity and consistency when it matters.
Kavita Bhupathi Chadda
Founder & CEO
Kavita founded Mindsetters Club with the conviction that mindset and performance are built through belief and deliberate effort over time.
Growing up alongside elite athletic training — and later working closely with high performers as CEO of Globosport — gave her a front-row view of how belief and execution are shaped by structure, feedback, and repetition.
Mindsetters Club exists to bring this structured performance training to young people early — when their brains are most receptive to learning — so belief in themselves and the capability to turn effort into results grow together, by design.

Meet Kavita Bhupathi Chadda
Founder & CEO, Mindsetters Club
Kavita is building Mindsetters Club as a community-driven platform that empowers a generation of teenagers who believe in themselves and their potential, through mental strength and life skills training. Her brainchild, and our flagship program - 'The Teen Advantage' - is an effort to bring together parents, experts, and mindset coaches to offer knowledge and practical application of mindset development to help teens develop personal agency through self-awareness, energy management, and discipline. Her approach is shaped by years of working with elite athletes and high performers - and a deep understanding that “with the right mindset, anything is possible!”

Our Performance Philosophy
Performance Is Deliberately Built
High performance is not a personality trait or a moment of motivation. It develops through structured practice, clear standards, and repetition over time.
Belief Grows Through Effort
Confidence does not always come first. Action builds belief — and belief sustains action. Performance improves when effort is applied consistently and intelligently.
Pressure Is a Privilege
Pressure is not something to avoid. It signals meaningful pursuit — and creates the conditions where focus, emotional regulation, and execution are trained.
Growth Is Designed, Not Accidental
Progress does not happen by chance. It emerges from feedback, reflection, and continuous refinement — turning experience into capability.
For Parents: Why Performance Skills Matter Now
Adolescence is a critical window for brain development, identity formation, and habit building. It is also when attention, emotional regulation, and execution patterns take shape — either deliberately or by default.
Mindsetters Club provides structured performance skills training during this window. Rather than leaving these skills to chance, performance capability is developed deliberately — supporting execution across academics, sport, creativity, and life.
Parents are engaged as partners in performance development — with clarity, structure, and shared language around how skills are trained, practiced, and reinforced over time.
For Parents
Driving the best outcomes for our teens
We want the very best life for our children.
During this pivotal phase for rapid brain-development, identity formation and self-awareness – we have a unique window of opportunity to guide their thoughts, emotions and behaviours – and motivate them to reflect on who they are, and who they want to become. This exercise helps them reclaim their time, attention and energy from distractions, and refocus on building beliefs and habits that help them throughout life.
Our framework gives them a lens through which they identify their goals, and build the skills to grow into successful and happy young people.
Parenting a teen is an uphill, but extremely rewarding journey.
Meet and exchange experiences with a diverse community of parents across the world – all on an uphill, but rewarding parenting journey, driven by a commitment to provide the best possible
resources, support and guidance to their teens.
Our parenting resources and recommendations to help you, help your teen grow into a confident and happy young adult.
